Head of Future Pathways and Partnerships

As Head of Future Pathways and Partnerships, you will lead Walford’s approach to career education, future pathways, workplace learning and authentic learning beyond the classroom.

Working closely with students, staff and external partners, you will provide personalised pathways guidance; build strong connections with South Australian industry, tertiary institutions, professional organisations and the Walford community; and create meaningful opportunities for workplace learning, industry immersion, mentoring and future-ready learning.

The role includes 12 lessons per week of release from teaching duties. The balance of the successful candidate’s teaching load and overall FTE will be negotiated according to subject expertise, experience and availability.
