The Year 11 students got creative last Thursday morning re-enacting the Summer Exchange in Kazuo Ishiguro’s Never Let Me Go. Students received tokens in the lessons prior and had almost an hour to create something to unique. They then used their tokens to trade creations; including earrings, paintings, crocheted items and many more fabulous items.

Teachers were impressed by the creativity and range of items on show and the students were able to imagine how the characters felt in Ishiguro’s alternate history.
