From the 6^th February 2023, the routine 2 dose HPV vaccine scheduled provided to both Year 7 and 8 through the National Immunisation Program will become a single dose schedule using the same vaccine being Gardasil. (Please see attached Fact Sheet)

Eastern Health is the School Immunisation Provider and they have confirmed that the scheduled first visit, for Year 7 & 8 students, on Monday 20^th February will remain as previously organised. The 2^nd visit on  Wednesday 6^thSeptember has been cancelled as it is no longer required as per the new recommendations.
